Rener received his broker’s license in 2001 and quickly established a productive residential real estate practice in Orange County, signing on with the Tim Carr Group at Coldwell Banker in 2012. When Carr co-founded Villa Real Estate in early 2013, Rener joined the new brokerage, where he now leverages the region’s most advanced marketing program to the benefit of his clients. While Rener’s focus is primarily on the communities of Dover Shores and The Bluffs, he serves as a trusted advisor to clients across Orange County, applying his well-honed negotiation skills and in-depth contract knowledge to ensure his clients’ real estate objectives are achieved. Prior to forging his successful real estate sales career, Rener served as a licensed general contractor, flipping income properties for his own firm as well as for investor clients. This experience gave him a detailed understanding of city code approvals, timelines, and the conservative management of investment real estate assets. Today, Rener resides in Newport Beach with his wife of 17 years and his two sons who attend local public schools. He is highly committed to community involvement, and volunteers as an athletic coach in a variety of sports, ranging from Newport Beach’s Little League to the Newport-Mesa Friday Night Lights football league. The Reners are active supporters of Lincoln Elementary and Corona del Mar High School, and also are prolific volunteers within their church community.
