She began her real estate career at Armstrong Properties, which was founded by her father in 1963. At the same time, the Newport Beach office of Armstrong Properties was delighted to affiliate with the Newport Center office of Coldwell Banker Previews International as “The Armstrong Group”. Such a special and emotional morning. ❤️

It started with an invitation to join Matt and Layla for Walk to School Day at Lincoln Elementary, where Layla is in kindergarten. What a wonderful school and such a sweet way to start the day! And a special thank you to Malak for Layla’s adorable braids for the occasion. 💕

After dropping Layla off, Matt and I continued our walk up to Pacific View to visit Greg.

From watching my sweet granddaughter begin her school day to spending a quiet moment remembering someone we love and miss so much. One of those mornings that reminds you just how precious life is, and how beautiful and bittersweet the circle of life can be. ❤️

So incredibly proud of my sweet granddaughters Layla and Lucia. ❤️🇺🇸

This morning, in commemoration of 9/11, a group of ladies from One Ford Road brought sweet treats to our local Newport Beach firefighters as a small way of saying thank you to the brave men and women who serve and protect our community each and every day.

My daughter-in-law Malak Hardke accompanied Lena Karapetian to the fire station, along with their children, and were also joined by Inna Alterman and supported by Pam Plotkin. I love seeing our youngest generation learning the importance of gratitude, community, and honoring those who serve.

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11th, honor the heroes who ran toward danger, and continue to be grateful for our first responders who answer the call every day.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸❤️

It’s always a joy to welcome new neighbors to One Ford Road! 🏡🤍

Last week, I had the pleasure of handing over the keys to a wonderful family relocating from Brentwood. I was so thrilled to help welcome them to our special community!

What made this one even sweeter was the family connection. Many years ago, I had the privilege of helping the new tenant’s mother with the sale of her home on Vintage. Mom was there last week, rolling up her sleeves and helping with the move, alongside her daughter-in-law’s mother. I absolutely love having the opportunity to work with the next generation of families I’ve helped over the years.

And a special thank you to the homeowner, who left the home in immaculate condition, with every key and remote thoughtfully labeled and even a gift card welcoming the family to the neighborhood. Such a gracious touch and a wonderful way to begin their new chapter.

What a fun day previewing homes today, including a beautiful one on Harbor Island! 🌊✨

One of my favorite moments was standing in the primary suite and realizing just how many wonderful memories were right outside the window.

To the left was a home on Linda Isle that we had the privilege of selling… and then later listing and selling again! 🏡

To the right was another home we sold to dear friends, as well as another home owned by friends on the same street who are transforming it into something special. And just beyond that, I could see a Beacon Bay lot we sold where the buyers built an absolutely beautiful custom home.

After so many years helping clients throughout Newport Harbor, it’s incredibly rewarding to look out across the water and see so many special homes that have been part of our journey. ❤️

We Love Grandchildren. ❤️

There is nothing that brings me more joy than being “Grandma” (or, T as the girls call me) 💕

Some of my very favorite moments are the simple ones... laughing, playing, making memories, and watching my two beautiful granddaughters grow up. I feel incredibly blessed that they live right here in One Ford Road, allowing me to be part of their everyday lives.

It’s one of the greatest gifts I could ever ask for.

Perhaps that’s why so much of our recent business has centered around family.

We’ve been helping grandparents relocate to be closer to their grandchildren, and young families find homes near parents and grandparents who are excited to be part of raising the next generation. These moves are about so much more than buying or selling a home. They’re about Sunday dinners, impromptu visits, school pickups, birthday parties, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
