It’s always a joy to welcome new neighbors to One Ford Road! 🏡🤍

Last week, I had the pleasure of handing over the keys to a wonderful family relocating from Brentwood. I was so thrilled to help welcome them to our special community!

What made this one even sweeter was the family connection. Many years ago, I had the privilege of helping the new tenant’s mother with the sale of her home on Vintage. Mom was there last week, rolling up her sleeves and helping with the move, alongside her daughter-in-law’s mother. I absolutely love having the opportunity to work with the next generation of families I’ve helped over the years.

And a special thank you to the homeowner, who left the home in immaculate condition, with every key and remote thoughtfully labeled and even a gift card welcoming the family to the neighborhood. Such a gracious touch and a wonderful way to begin their new chapter.

What a fun day previewing homes today, including a beautiful one on Harbor Island! 🌊✨

One of my favorite moments was standing in the primary suite and realizing just how many wonderful memories were right outside the window.

To the left was a home on Linda Isle that we had the privilege of selling… and then later listing and selling again! 🏡

To the right was another home we sold to dear friends, as well as another home owned by friends on the same street who are transforming it into something special. And just beyond that, I could see a Beacon Bay lot we sold where the buyers built an absolutely beautiful custom home.

After so many years helping clients throughout Newport Harbor, it’s incredibly rewarding to look out across the water and see so many special homes that have been part of our journey. ❤️

We Love Grandchildren. ❤️

There is nothing that brings me more joy than being “Grandma” (or, T as the girls call me) 💕

Some of my very favorite moments are the simple ones... laughing, playing, making memories, and watching my two beautiful granddaughters grow up. I feel incredibly blessed that they live right here in One Ford Road, allowing me to be part of their everyday lives.

It’s one of the greatest gifts I could ever ask for.

Perhaps that’s why so much of our recent business has centered around family.

We’ve been helping grandparents relocate to be closer to their grandchildren, and young families find homes near parents and grandparents who are excited to be part of raising the next generation. These moves are about so much more than buying or selling a home. They’re about Sunday dinners, impromptu visits, school pickups, birthday parties, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

It is truly an honor to help families through these meaningful transitions. Knowing we’ve played a small part in bringing loved ones closer together is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

✨ Another unforgettable Wine on the Paseo is in the books! 🍷

What a beautiful evening celebrating everything that makes One Ford Road such a special place to call home. From exceptional wine, delicious food, live music, local shopping, and wonderful conversation, the night was filled with friends, neighbors, and an incredible sense of community.

A heartfelt thank you to OneHope Winery and Tiffany Wojkiewicz for sharing their exceptional wines, to Alyssa Paine of Newport Charcuterie for another stunning grazing table and desserts that have become a favorite tradition, to Crystal Clulee for the wonderful live music, to Total Wine on Bison for joining us and sharing information about their upcoming tastings, and to The Exercise Coach, with owner Izabela Webber, for once again being part of the evening and supporting so many of our One Ford Road neighbors.
