Does a renovated Newport home actually justify the premium, or is it mostly fresh paint and pretty photos?

True custom work usually shows up in reworked layouts, cleaner material transitions, better windows and doors, upgraded systems, and paperwork that supports the story. Cosmetic updates can look polished online, but the details get thin fast in person.
