Our VA Renovation Loans are AWESOME. Before we created them with the VA, the VA buyer could put zero down, but they’d still have to pay for any renovations on their own. Not with us. Now all the rehab costs can be rolled into the loan so ZERO down is still an option (subject to loan limits based on county). Please contact me for more info.

Another great review. For those of you that aren't aware, the City of Huntington Beach has a GREAT program for moderate income people/families. There are some quirks to the program which I can help you with. I've closed dozens of these loans (most lenders do not lend in these communities) and have never had the City turn down an applicant that I said was qualified.
