After a handful of subpar experiences with local real estate agents, he took the marketing of his home—a luxury condo in Newport’s Villa Balboa community—into his own hands, hiring a production crew to shoot a beautiful and compelling video of his listing, which he’d also remodeled himself. Thanks to all the work he put in, the property sold at a record price, and he realized he’d found his true calling.
