Here we go...So excited! My first personal redevelopment project. I do this for everyone else, now it's my turn. This is a 1/2 acre of land in Wildomar. We will clear the lot, pull old foundation, bring in utilities and place a brand-new manufactured home on the property. There was a homeless population living under our trees.
