🛑 Stop letting ChatGPT write your lease agreements!

ChatGPT is great for a lot of things, but protecting your biggest asset isn’t one of them. Too many self-managing landlords are relying on generic, AI-generated leases, and it’s leaving massive legal gaps in their business. 📉

If your lease doesn’t clearly spell out who is responsible for what (like who changes the HVAC filters 💨), you are setting yourself up for disputes down the road.

💡 Pro Tip: Don’t settle for a “bar napkin” contract. Get an attorney to review your lease annually so everyone stays on the same page.
