Everyone keeps asking me the same question:
Why?
Why come back.
Why now.
Why the Olympics at 45.
So I finally answered honestly.
And yes… one of the reasons is a little embarrassing. 😅
But the truth is, this journey is about so much more than medals.
It’s about getting older without giving up on yourself.
It’s about showing my kids what courage looks like in real life.
And maybe admitting that some parts of who we are never really leave us.
After a lifetime in elite sport, I still miss the water.
The competition.
The feeling of pushing beyond what seems possible.
Maybe this comeback isn’t about going backward.
Maybe it’s about discovering there’s still more ahead.

The weirdest part about a comeback?

Your brain remembers exactly what you used to be capable of…
but your body has other opinions.

I used to lift this WITH weights on it. 😅

Starting over at 45 is humbling, frustrating, funny, and honestly kind of exciting all at the same time.

Not because it’s easy.
But because the competitor in me never left. 💪

And because I want my kids to see what it looks like to fight for something that matters.❤️

Two months ago I started building Agntai — an AI assistant for real estate agents — to solve a problem I lived every day.
Last night I demoed it at Ascend GenAI in Irvine. Learned a ton from the keynote (Boaz Brudner from Autodesk), met great people, and my demo was voted one of the favorites of the night. 🏆

It is not about Trump!
I’m a proud Hungarian - American who stand with Israel and the Iranian people fighting for their freedom.
Let’s make this clear.

I believe in freedom.
I believe in women’s rights.
I believe in democracy.
And yes—I believe that Israel, like every other nation, has the right to exist.

So ask yourself—what side are you on?

Are you standing with Iranian people who are risking their lives to break free from a regime that controls, silences, and oppresses them?

Are you standing with people who want peace—who want to live, raise their children, and not wake up to violence?

Or are you standing with ideologies that justify death in the name of power, that silence women, and spread hate to stay in control?

“This is the truth: no normal person wants war.
But normal people also understand that freedom and peace are not free.”

This is not about politics. This is about values.

You don’t get to say you support human rights while excusing those who destroy them.

And if your opinion is based only on what you see on social media—pause.

Educate yourself.
Understand what words like “genocide,” “colonization,” and “freedom” actually mean.

No country is perfect. But there is a difference between a society that strives for freedom—and one that crushes it.

So again—what side are you on?
