🏡✨ Summer is sizzling, and so is the real estate market! ☀️ If you’re thinking about selling your home, here is why now is the perfect time to make your move:

1. With extended daylight hours, you have more opportunities to showcase your home’s best features, like stunning sunset views from your patio.
2. Buyers are often in a positive, relaxed mindset during the summer, making them more open to exploring new properties and making big decisions.
3. Many families prefer to move during the summer when their children are on break, giving your home broader appeal to those looking for a new nest.
4. With lower inventory and higher demand, a competitive summer market could help you secure a great offer.

Don’t let the season pass you by without seizing this opportunity! 🌟 Send a message today and let’s make it happen! 💰 🏡

Are you thinking of moving out of state? Here are 10 questions to ask before you fall in love with a zip code:

1).What will homeowners insurance actually cost in that zip code?

2.What’s the FULL tax picture — income, property, sales, tolls, and fees?

3.What is my current home really worth (not the Zestimate)?

4.Should I sell first, buy first, or bridge — and what can I qualify for?

5.What do utilities, HOA fees, and car insurance run there?

6.What’s the job market like if our plans change?

7.How fast are homes selling there vs. here?

8.What does the commute, school, and lifestyle math look like day to day?

9.Who’s my agent on the other end — and who vetted them?

10.What’s my exit plan if it’s not what we hoped?
