The Victoria Elementary School PTA invites you to join us on Saturday, February 7th, 2026 at Victoria Elementary School for a FREE Pancake breakfast.

This is a great opportunity for past, present and future Voyagers to see the many updates to the school, to talk with parents and teachers, and to share a meal with neighbors.

There are plenty of fun activities for kids of all ages, and everyone loves the pancake topping bar! Breakfast will be served from 8 AM to 11 AM. Parking at the school is limited.

Are you starting to look at elementary schools for your pre-school aged children? Come check out Victoria Elementary on February 3rd. Free pancakes and activities for the kids. This little school makes a big impact on its students. Talk to parents whose kids have gone through there and are excelling in AP classes in high school, see all the great features and programs, small class sizes and great parent involvement. New parents often do not realize that Victoria Elementary has a Special Day program for students with special needs, and that their test scores are included in the overall rankings. The City of Costa Mesa will host a neighborhood meeting on the upcoming construction of bicycle and pedestrian improvements along West 19th Street between Marina View Park and Park Avenue. The project includes buffered bicycle lanes, green bicycle boxes, bicycle sharrows, high-visibility crosswalks and a new pedestrian signal with bulb-outs at W 19th Street/Wallace Avenue. This project is designed to enhance and encourage travel on foot and by bicycle on the Westside and improve safety for roadway users of all ages and abilities traveling along West 19th Street. Residents, business owners, and community members and are encouraged to join the neighborhood meeting for additional information about the project design and construction schedule.

The meeting is to take place on Tuesday, Aug. 8 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Costa Mesa Senior Center Grand Hall 1. The Senior Center address is 695 W. 19th Street Costa Mesa.
