A successful office starts with a shared vision.

Yesterday our Newport Beach office got together for lunch, reflected on everything we’ve accomplished so far this year, and talked about where we’re headed next. We discussed our goals for the rest of the year, the strategies that will help us get there, and the importance of continuing to build an office culture centered around collaboration, growth, and supporting one another.

A big thank you to Rick Turner for hosting such a great meeting and lunch, and a special thank you to our office administration team for all of the work that went into putting everything together.
