The Rosalind House, in June’s words.

A Tudor remodel that began as an ADU consultation and turned into three years of meticulous collaboration. Custom walnut parquet. Hand-drawn paneling wrapped around a curved staircase. Three city hearings over some very expensive windows.

A new look for JH2.

Classic principles, contemporary ex*****on. Our refreshed brand reflects what we’ve always believed: that good design honors both the past and the present.

The wordmark draws on a modern serif - feminine, structural, and considered. The secondary mark is a seal, inspired by the Korean dojang, a nod to the Eastern design philosophy woven into everything we create. Colors drawn from the California coast.

Introducing, Rosalind House

Classical architecture is all about proportion and an understanding of materials. This Tudor remodel in San Marino was an exercise in exactly that, from hand-drawn wall paneling to a staircase that, in June’s words, feels like a movie.
