Carbon monoxide is one of those home safety issues most people do not think about until something goes wrong — and that is exactly what makes it so dangerous.

You cannot see it. You cannot smell it. You may not feel anything at first. And in many homes, the only warning you might get is a working carbon monoxide alarm. But here is the part many Irvine, Newport Beach, and Orange County homeowners may overlook: having an alarm on the wall does not automatically mean you are fully protected.

Where is it placed?
