Congratulations to the Barnes on the purchase of their first home. We were able to secure a home that gave them everything they were looking for, including a large garage and a fully fenced yard. My clients were able to get closing cost, solar panels that are FULLY paid off, an abundance of repairs completed at the sellers expense, and a ton of instant equity! Brad and I have made a BIG move! We have officially sold our starter home and bought our new, bigger house for our family. We are so excited and grateful for how smooth this transaction was from start to finish. We were able to list our home, receive multiple offers, and go under contract within 24 hours. Then, we were able to complete the sell and purchase of our new home in 30 days. Working both sides of the transaction was great because I worked with two amazing co-brokes. Home for the holidays! Congratulations to my buyers that closed on their homes. The holidays haven't slowed us down. Ms. Crandall will be able to enjoy her first level condo in Virginia Beach. Close to shopping and great restaurants, she knew it was exactly what she needed for this phase of her life.

Ms. McBride called me and said I'm tired of renting and ready to call something mine. After looking for a few months, we found the right now. We were able to negotiate very favorable terms and have a smooth transaction.

Congratulations to my Buyers on closing on their first home! Finding the right home close to Langley Base was a TOP priority. My clients trusted in me for the last year to guide them through their homebuying experience. We pride ourselves on assisting our veterans and active duty clients. The perfect home came on the market after the husband got deployed. It's important to know how to prepare in the event of deployment so it doesn't hinder the homebuying process.
