Today my client closed on her brand-new home for her and her babies. When purchasing a home, timing is so important. She reached out to me maybe 3 or 4 times within that last year and a half before she was actually ready to take the big step. She said no matter how long it took she knew that when she took the journey to homeownership, she wanted it to be with me.. And for that, I'm forever grateful. This was such an amazing & smooth process. I can't wait to help her hang blinds this weekend and cheers to her becoming a new homeowner over glass of wine 🍾 .

Moe Brixss what a journey it has been girl, you closing on your home is most definitely a bitter sweet moment. Idk who I'll miss more, you or the boys. You did it…24 yr old homeowner, let's not even get on that 800+ credit score 💪🏾.. I know I've told you a thousand times already but i am so proud of you. Congratulations Rudy & Jackie🎉. I’m thrilled that I was able to get my clients the home they wanted right in their desired neighborhood but not only that, I was also able to get the sellers to pay off a $16k car note 💪🏾.. These new homeowners are going into a home with less debt and sweet equity 🏡💸 (home appraised higher than purchase price). My buddy Javion can't wait to decorate his new room 🤗.

Today my client closed on her first home and I couldn't be more excited for her. This journey was a wave of emotions and at one point be both threw in the towel 😅 the real estate market can be brutal but we got back in and made it happen. I'm so happy we did because her new home is BEAUTIFUL 💕

Today was closing day for one of my newfound friends. We initially connected at the end of 2022 and she had decided to wait to purchase… fast forward to the beginning of April she reached back out ready to roll. Her home search eventually led us to a BEAUTIFUL 3bd 2.5 bath new construction home. For me to say she fell in love with this home would be an understatement. Welcome home Fitchett family. Dominique Fitchett, I’m extremely happy for you and your family.

I’m always pleased to help a family get into a new home but it’s a different feeling when you feel like you gained new friends and family.

We didn’t even get a chance to shop 😂 talk about a buyer that knows exactly what they want. Multiple offer situation… yes… did we walk away with a WIN …. yes 💪🏾 my client is now under contract for this beautiful 4bedroom 3 bath like new home 🏡

Yayyyy. My client is BACK under contract for her new home. The spring rush of new buyers almost took us out. From competing offers to agents asking us to wave our home inspection contingency to home inspections revealing huge issues and terminating a contract😅… this market definitely isn’t for the weak but the fight is well worth it, especially when you end up with a home like this 😍….. she finally found the perfect home 🫶🏾.
