UPDATE: The water sample taken Wednesday from Buckroe South has met the state’s water quality standards. The swimming advisory is lifted.🌊

🚨SWIMMING ADVISORY🚨
The Virginia Department of Health has issued a swimming advisory for Buckroe Beach South (from the pier to Point Comfort Avenue) due to levels of bacteria levels that exceed the state water quality standards for swimming. An advisory doesn't close the water to swimmers, it just warns you that you face an elevated risk.

During our weekly team meeting we discussed our property standards and Broker Brian brought up a great point - "If we don’t start with a standard, it’s hard to finish with one."

This couldn't be more true when the Suffolk Rental Housing Inspector gave us the following feedback approving the homes in less than 15 minutes each: "It was my pleasure, the properties have been well maintained which made my process easy."

While we celebrate this feedback among the team, we also celebrate the homeowners that trust the process - Thank you!
