DON’T FALL FOR IT😤🚫

Some of you may be getting calls from call centers or even your own MLO’s to refinance NOW as rates have dropped a bit. A small decrease in payment may be great, however. Please don’t forget there are costs involved in refinance. It could be anywhere between $5,000 to $13,000 to refinance! When a lender tells you not to worry about it as nothing will be coming out of pocket. THAT’S NOT TRUE!

You must evaluate if “monthly savings costs” will outperform the cost to refinance based on years you plan to stay in your home.

We are advising our clients to wait at this time.
