My buyer reached out needing to see the property ASAP while I was still on vacation in Bosnia 🇧🇦 Thankfully, my amazing broker jumped in, showed up within an hour, and got my buyer in to see it. I quickly wrote the offer, and we ended up competing against multiple offers, which meant some serious back-and-forth negotiations. Shortly after my landing, we sealed the deal 🤝
