So many times I wonder if the kids like my parenting, my cooking, my appearance, ME. Ramen is one of Ryan’s comfort foods, so I try to jazz it up whenever I can.

So often I remind you about home maintenance; this is your reminder to strip and/or replace your pillows, especially if you’ve noticed you’re struggling to breathe at night, or the air smells… not right. 🤷🏽‍♀️ This duvet cover is 8-9 months old, and it’s washed every 2 weeks. 🤢

Interviewing coaches is always interesting for me. I like to schedule the calls for super early because let’s face it, can someone get up before me? 😂

Seriously though, while this wasn’t a good long-term fit, the short term advice was excellent and needed. For whomever needs it (and for me to read it later): needing a coach/trainer is not about how good you are at something; it’s about how efficient/balanced/leveraged/challenged you are. Keep Going.
