*** Let’s Help Ukraine together ***
*Clothes drive for 1 week *
Like all of you, all of us here at SRS are heartbroken to see what the Ukrainian people are going through. We figured out a way to help and invite you to join us and send love and warmth to the refugees at the Poland and Ukrainian border. We are collecting winter clothes and sending them directly to the refugees that need them so much. They are homeless, very cold and many have lost their families. I just can’t imagine the pain they are feeling. I found a way with an International Cargo Shipping Company in Wilmington, NC to send all the clothes we can round up in one week. The Company is Moto Leader Global and they send containers on cargo ships around the world. The owner of the company is Polish with families directly involved in this crisis in Poland and Ukraine. He’s willing to fill containers with donations of clothes needed so bad directly to them and he’s not charging us anything to ship the donations and will get them directly to the refugees at the border in 14 days. Accepting donations of:
Gently used winter clothes, please only bring clothes that have been washed. Coats, shirts, pants, gloves, winter hats, shoes in good condition or things like scarfs. It’s very cold there and they have nothing
Not accepting :
We are not accepting any money, food or things like socks and underwear unless they are still new in the package
Sending Love :
Sabins Recordings has made 3000 business card size notes that simply say “America Loves You” and we are putting one in the pocket of everything we send. We will be folding and packing each box by category and placing one of these notes in every pocket. So when they get whatever we send and they reach in their pocket they’ll feel the love we all have for them. It’s a simple note but I hope it truly gives them the feeling that everything will be ok ❤️
