Hi Friends! Many of you probably don't know this but during chemo I became certified in Animal-Assisted Intervention and Animal- Aassisted Therapy. My animals have always been my passion in addition to real estate. This past year, my therapy bird, Boo and I were blessed to touch over a thousand people through Animal-Assisted Therapy, Animal -Assisted Education and Animal - Assisted Activities.
We are participating in a 6-week fundraiser for Pet Partners, One of the two largest non-profits who evaluate and register human animal therapy teams in our country.
If you were unfamiliar with Boo's remarkable story of triumph over tragedy, simply Google "Boo, the 40 Year-Old Cockatoo" And you will see the impact this bird has had on the world.

Recap of 1st week and a half of 2024;
*4 houses under contract..
*Negotiated $37,200 in closing cost assistance and $25,000 savings off of list price in a low inventory market for my 3 buyers...
* Ratified a BEAUTIFUL home for 1st time home buyers with zero money down and all closing costs paid by seller...
*Ratified a second for 1st time home buyer getting $25,000 off of list, $10k in seller paid repairs and $18, 200 in seller paid closing costs.
*Ratified a third buyer with a home sale contingency and a VA loan on a hot NEW listing completely renovated in Sandston. How? Proven track record. The broker of that agent saw my name and told his agent, "You're good. She's legit. She's professional. She'll get the job done.
*Sold my clients 1st house he bought with multiple offers within hours of listing...

Although it was one of my worst years due to set backs and surgery, I still slipped into award range.
This doesn't count things I sold out of our MLS so not quite sure what my numbers were.
On to 2024...
