Welcome back to Virginia! Last time we were house hunting we were looking for a home for a family of 5 AND a wrestling mat! Seriously, if the house didn’t have a big enough room to fit the mat it was a deal breaker. They must have gotten rid of the mat because this time we found a house for the 3 kids that have grown soo much plus one more and no mention of that notorious wrestling mat!🤭 Such a beautiful family! ❤️ I’ve had the honor to help them purchase, manage as a rental and sell their first home here and am soo happy to be a part of round 2 in Virginia with them! 🙏

CONGRATULATIONS to my out of state Seller! This home had been a rental for several years so when I went to tour it there were some deferred maintenance and needed some love (I was not the property manager). I was honored to be able to step in and coordinate renovations and repairs to prep it for the market. She took no short cuts and invested as if she was planning on moving back in making it ready to bless the new owners. Its been a pleasure to help close this chapter for her. 🙏

Congrats to my Buyer on HIS home! I emphasize “his” because though this is our 4th closing in 2 years this one is one he will move into and live in. He bought a time capsule complete with wall papers, wood paneling, tiled ceilings, plush carpet, a wall phone from Radio Shack! And many more “back in the day stuff” not pictured. And of course everything is in perfect condition! Can’t find quality like this nowadays. And I know from selling his previous home he is going to turn this time capsule into something beautiful! He’s got great foundations to work with!
