✔️ Use caution when walking outdoors — surfaces may be icy
✔️ Limit unnecessary travel
✔️ Stock up on essential supplies, medications, and pet food
✔️ Fully charge phones and devices
✔️ Prepare for possible power outages
✔️ Allow a faucet to drip to help prevent frozen pipes

Please note: Because our team members do not live on-site, travel conditions may delay snow and ice removal. Our staff will return as soon as it is safe to do so.

Please stay safe and prepared:
• Avoid going outside unless necessary
• Walk slowly and watch for icy surfaces
• Keep at least a one-week supply of essentials
• Prepare for possible power outages
• Have warm clothing, blankets, flashlights, and batteries ready
• Let one faucet drip to help prevent frozen pipes
• Do NOT use alternative heat sources inside your apartment
