Part 1 of finding the basement!
Alright, it’s giving haunted vibes down here. Old wiring, some water stains, that classic musty smell… but look at this space! Solid foundation, good ceiling height, and plenty of room for a full conversion. Sometimes we have to build the courage to go into a spooky basement.
