✅ Pending Sales: Up 8.48% – homes are still moving.
📉 Settled Sales: Down 1.71% – slightly fewer closings.
📉 New Construction Sales: Down 11.45% – fewer brand-new homes hitting the market.
💰Median Sales Price: Up 5.64% – now at $370,000.
