🍽️ : One-Pan Veggie Pasta

Looking to test new recipes? Try this easy, one-pan veggie pasta recipe to celebrate the New Year!
Ingredients:

8 oz pasta of your choice
2 cups of your favorite veggies (e.g., cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant. Add your choice of veggies to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still vibrant.

Toss in the cooked pasta and mix everything together. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and veggies. Stir until the cheese is melted and coats the pasta evenly.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with fresh basil leaves for a burst of flavor. Serve your one-pan veggie pasta hot.
