Military buyers and veterans—don’t automatically skip a house just because it needs some work.

There’s something called a VA renovation loan that may allow you to finance the purchase of the home AND eligible renovation costs together.

So if you find a house with good potential but it needs repairs or updating, you may still have options using your VA benefit.
