REALTORS® gathered at the Peninsula Association office for an informative update from Scott Martin, CEO of the Fort Monroe Authority, on the exciting future of Fort Monroe.

Scott shared how the Authority is working to thoughtfully balance historic preservation, recreation, economic development, and housing opportunities while protecting one of Virginia’s most significant landmarks. It was fascinating to learn about the vision for adaptive reuse of historic buildings, mixed-use development, public spaces, hospitality, and the continued stewardship of this National Historic Landmark.

As REALTORS®, it’s valuable to stay informed about projects like these that will shape the future of our region, enhance quality of life, and create new opportunities for residents and visitors alike.

It was no surprise to come across a Coldwell Banker office while exploring Tarquinia’s charming Old Town, home to the UNESCO-listed Etruscan Necropolis, where some of the oldest tombs date back to the 7th century BC.

It’s a reminder that no matter where your travels take you, the Coldwell Banker network truly has a global reach.
