🙋🏻‍♀️To all who call me your Realtor, thank you. I treasure the roll, the part I get to play in your lives, and the friendships we’ve built. For some of you I’m another “wife,” a “mom,” “boss lady,” or one of my favorite titles bestowed by a young military family for their girls- “grandma Realtor Vicki.”

🦃Taking pause for gratitude this week regarding my business, and I cannot help but think of my mentor and advisor, Debi Warren.
🏡It was Debi who said she saw something in me and encouraged me to go for it. She’s celebrated every win with me, and been there for help when I needed it. All while reminding me that all of this is because of God’s goodness.

Leading up to Thanksgiving, I thought I’d share a few things I’m grateful for in my business.
🦃 Today’s gratitude is a good lender. Ginny Phillips - Sr. Mortgage Banker, NMLS #447959, licensed in VA and NC has been my go-to lender, crisis preventer, get ‘er done gal, mortgage expert, and all around super woman since day 1.
🦸🏼‍♀️You may have seen a recent story I posted where she jumped in and saved the deal for my LISTING! Catch that. NOT my buyer! My Seller! The buyer for my listings had a lender who was unresponsive and dishonest about the process. After many delays, with the approval of my Sellers, I suggest Ginny to the Buyer’s agent.
Two. Weeks. Later. We closed!!! 🥳

Grateful for the Ginny magic! 🪄
