Oregon Coast Realtor Alexandra Underhill I am a full time Real Estate Broker and Newport native, proudly serving the Central Oregon Coast. Working with clients is the highlight of my career.

I grew up on the Central Oregon Coast, and I love helping people discover the joys of calling this beautiful place home. I enjoy getting to know people and being their biggest advocate in making their real estate goals a reality. I graduated from the University of Oregon in 2013, with a degree in Interior Architecture and Design. As a Real Estate Broker, this training gives me the unique ability t

o help clients envision renovation possibilities, interior design concepts, and furniture layout options. For many people, buying or selling property is one of the biggest transactions they make. A huge part of making the experience as seamless as possible is having a knowledgeable broker on their side. To ensure that I’m representing my clients to the best of my ability, I make continuing education a priority. I have designations and certifications that include: the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Sellers Representation Specialist (SRS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and ePRO. As a proud, longtime local, it’s important to me to give back to my community. I’m an active member of the Lincoln County Board of Realtors (LCBR). I’m currently serving as the Secretary of the LCBR Community Outreach Committee, and as a member of the LCBR Scholarship Committee. We host events and fundraisers that directly benefit the struggling members of our community.
