With governor Inslee’s Stay at Home order we will be closing our lobby and taking appointments via telephone. If you need to make an appointment please call 509-447-2471.
We will still be processing all contract and mortgage payments daily. You can mail your payments to Pend Oreille Title 312 S. Washington Ave. Newport WA 99156; We are working on installing a mail slot in the front door this week.
Our offices will still be functioning normally from the inside; as we are an essential business providing financial services. If you are a client selling or buying a home or land; rest assured we are working on your files and no change has or will be made on our end. We are still taking new Purchase and Sale agreements as any normal day. Please correspond by email if at all possible to [email protected]
