With only about 2.4 months of supply, the East Bay is still a seller’s market. Well-priced homes are moving fast.

Can we PLEASE bring wallpaper back?! 👀🏡

Just left a showing in Newport, RI, and found myself taking pictures of the WALLPAPER instead of the actual house. 😂

The colors, the patterns, the personality! There’s something about older homes that just feels so warm, cozy, and full of character.

Don’t get me wrong, I love a beautifully updated home, but sometimes I think we’ve lost a little personality with all the white walls and neutral finishes.

I’m officially here for the wallpaper comeback! 🙋🏼‍♀️
