Kate "Schultzie" Schultz - Newport County Realtor

Kate "Schultzie" Schultz - Newport County Realtor Kate Schultz is a real estate agent in the Newport County, Rhode Island Area. In addition to being a prominent physician; my father was also a landlord.

My involvement in real estate actually extends back before I was alive, several generations. My grandfather and his father were prominent realtors and developers in my home town. I ended up buying several multifamily buildings and flipping them at a serious profit. I was also a location scout and spent a lot of time working in the film & television business. I just have always loved being to interpret what people want and what they are about through property. So it truly seemed only natural to go into real estate.

William Raveis SOLD 67 Stonehenge Road, South Kingstown in Rhode Island $650,000. My buyer clients originally wanted the house next-door, but failed to win the bidding war on that one. Then this house came up on the market and I think they liked it even better. All’s well that ends well. congratulations to all involved in this sale.
