This one was such a great experience! Sometimes you meet a family that you just immediately love. When your clients whole family is involved in the process, and every one of them is kind, lovely to work with, and a joy to be around you know you have been involved in something special. Home showings can be as much entertainment as any mystery theater!

Today we walked in to the home and there were children’s handwritten signs all over. “Missing green lizard ! “. We see the signs everywhere, on doors, on bathroom mirrors, then we head upstairs. Upstairs was a stack of printed out lizard obituaries about “green lizard” they were thoughtfully written about how much green lizard meant to the world. Here we thought we’d just uncovered a very sad lizard tragedy.

As I was pulling out I see the homeowners and offer my condolences for “green lizard”.

They start cracking up laughing. Green lizard didn’t die, he just wandered off to do lizard things since he was a wild lizard. The kids weren’t ok with this and made everyone attend a lizard funeral for their unconfirmed fallen comrade.

Whew! At least it wasn’t a lizard tragedy!
