Update regarding The Calvert! Earlier this month we hosted an open house for one side of the building that had finished livable units. The turnout was tremendous. The final available units are undergoing construction and will be coming available this Spring. We are starting the application process now. However, there are existing applications in place waiting to be reviewed, as we are currently satisfying rental applications on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please understand that this property is in high demand and this process has best served us. If you would like to be considered as a tenant for The Calvert or need clarity on availability, please e-mail Rhys Huntley at [email protected].

Below are the following credentials that The Calvert will consider for applicants:

- All adults occupying the same unit must complete applications.
- Credit 620+
- Proof of employment/funds to support monthly rent plus utilities.
- Positive past landlord reference.
- Clear background check.
- No Short term leases.
- No Pets, service animals will be vetted by attorneys.
- Renters insurance required

Photo of the fire that ravaged the Cranston side of the Cranston Calvert School back in the 1970s...they said the light from the fire could be seen from the waterfront.

A big thanks to the Milburn family for donating this uniform. This uniform was worn by Jack Milburn when he fought the fire that wreaked havoc in the Cranston side of the school...not to date Jack but it was back in the 1970s :)

This uniform will be placed and held in display onsite to thank all involved!
