Gordon King - Hogan Associates I was born in Newport Rhode Island where my father was the head gardener for Doris Duke at Rough Point.

Newport-based real estate advisor specializing in luxury coastal properties, for more than a decade,
I’ve helped clients buy and sell distinctive homes, estates, and dock and mooring oriented properties across coastal Rhode Island. My family lived on the estate, which is where I was raised. My wife and I have lived and owned homes and investment properties in Washington DC, Alexandria Virginia, Pacific Palisades California, and Newport. Karen and I have had a summer home in Newport for over twenty-five years. As Chairman of the board of the Moorland Farm condominium association for four years, in the Estate section of Newport where we live, I am very familiar with the advantages of investing and owning condominiums in Newport County.
