🏡 UNDER CONTRACT!

Six months.

That’s how long this family searched for the right home.

We walked through house after house, wrote offers, lost out in multiple-offer situations, and had more than a few moments where it would’ve been easy to settle.

I’ve been kicking around an idea for a while, and I think it’s finally time to do it.

As I’m finishing up my real estate website, I’m adding something a little different. Starting the first week of July, I’m going to begin taking nominations for local people who deserve a little recognition. Veterans, teachers, nurses, first responders, public servants, coaches, and just good people who are making a difference every day.

The nomination page will be right on my website, making it easy for anyone to submit someone they think deserves a free lunch and a simple thank you.

The second week of July, I’ll start picking winners and buying them lunch.

I know a lunch isn’t going to change anybody’s life, but I think sometimes people just need to know that somebody notices what they’re doing.

I spend a lot of time in the community through real estate, my deck business, and just everyday life. There are a lot of good people out there doing good things, and most of them never get recognized for it.
