Started my day before the sun was up, snow-blowing the driveway and sidewalk, and then taking Tuukka for a long walk in the fresh snow. Now, I am organizing my day that is filled with showings, open houses and an inspection.

And, that leads me to the thought I have posted. My favorite "masses" coffee place has brought back the mug for those of us who would stay in the shop... bringing back the experience we once had and enjoyed (well, waiting for the furniture to come back too...). In my opinion, they became to "profit driven" and no longer cared about the experience. They are working their way back!

As I sit here, enjoying my coffee and eventual refill, it re-instills in me the importance of not only putting my knowledge and expertise to work for my clients but making the experience the very best it can be for what can sometimes be a grueling and emotional process. It's the experience that is usually remembered in the years to come...
