It's mine.

Yesterday, I closed on the purchase of my dream home in Mississippi.

I always said I'd never leave Washington State unless it was for a historic mansion. Well, now here we are.

1902 3,825 sq ft, 6 bedrooms, 1.1 acre in the historic district of a quiet little town.

We are all very excited, but also sad. We will miss all of our friends and family and our beloved hometown of Snohomish.

Follow along, as we travel across the country! And I video tour of my new home is to come. (Hint: lots of pocket doors, original woodwork, and floors!)

To those wondering, I am keeping my WA real estate license and will be working with my already-decided partner. (Or will refer you to her) so I will still be available to help you buy and sell. I will also be getting my MS license, so if you know anyone looking in the south, I'm your girl. 🥰

When the functionality of the original 1927 City Hall on First Street wasn't making sense, the original post office became City Hall, and the post office moved to a strip mall north of downtown.

This, the original post office, was finished in 1938. A large turnout of Snohomish residents gathered for their first look at the grand opening and for the chance to shake hands with Congressman Mon. C Wallgren of Everett.
