Staging can truly make all the difference. 🏡

After 29 Kendall Rd had been on the market for some time, the developer realized it was time to change things up. As we walked through the home discussing the vision, it became clear that the incredible craftsmanship wasn’t fully shining through.

We brought my stager into the property, the developer’s vision came to life, and within days we were under contract.

🏡 21 Francis Street was a truly unique property to sell. Originally a two-family home, the builder completely reimagined it, creating a beautiful condo with an accessory dwelling unit (ADU), designed for someone who might want space for an in-law or extended family member.

The craftsmanship was outstanding, and people loved the home. But something interesting happened: many buyers admired it… yet struggled to picture how they would actually live in the space. Most were imagining it as a single-family home.

After several showings, I started talking with the builder about ways we could easily convert it to a single. That shift in thinking immediately sparked new interest.

Then, on New Year’s Day, I had a showing with a wonderful family who instantly saw the potential. They loved the idea of having the ADU as an option down the road, even if they didn’t need it right away.

As we walked through the house together, we started imagining how they might use each space (something I always find myself doing when I’m in a home). We came up with a plan that made perfect sense for them, and the builder quickly agreed.

Offer accepted… and now we’ve officially closed! ✅

And I have to say, watching how quickly the builder was able to make the adjustments was impressive. You will see the entry way was completely opened up & the stairs leading to the second floor (unit) became exposed. The main floor is now open and spacious, and my buyers & sellers are thrilled! 🤩

Every home has a story, and sometimes finding the right buyer just means helping them see the possibilities.
