Getting ready for my fifth week of tennis lessons!! I’m getting my butt kicked and feeling my age the next day but having fun doing it! Who wants to play??

Another great night watching the ! This time they took care of business against the defending champion . It was probably one of their best wins of the season! I share tickets with a good friend (and former client!) and last night we got to meet after the game. As a Celtics fan all my life, this was the first time I ever got to stand on the court at the garden. It was truly a very exciting and humbling moment. Also humbling - coming up to a man’s shoulders!

Spent the morning at Newton City Hall with my colleague Murray, sitting down with the Inspectional Services and Engineering departments to dig into the city’s new zoning updates.

With Newton introducing new pathways for additional housing, we were there on behalf of a client to better understand what’s actually possible on their property.

A lot to unpack but incredibly valuable insight into how these changes could shape future development across the city.

One of my favorite kinds of listings to take on is a property that needs a little love. There’s something really rewarding about working with my team to take a home that’s a bit rough around the edges and creating a clear vision to bring it back to life.

My newest listing in Roslindale fits that description perfectly. This unit has been a rental for many years, and over the next few weeks we’ll be giving it a major refresh — from tired to terrific! 🛠️✨

I can’t wait to show you the transformation and the final reveal. Stay tuned… it’s going to be a good one. 👀🏡

Helping families navigate big life transitions is one of the most meaningful parts of what I do. ❤️

These clients found me online after learning that I specialize in working with Seniors. They were preparing to relocate from Virginia to be closer to family in Brookline. After meeting and learning what was most important to them, we toured a few communities and found the one that felt just right.

Fast forward to today… new keys are in hand! 🔑 and we have a very happy and grateful family!

It’s hard to tell from this photo… but that pipe is leaking 💧

And this house? Vacant. 🏚️😬
And under contract. ✍️😯

What most people don’t see behind the scenes of a sale is this part of the job.

When a property is empty — especially in the dead of winter ❄️ — someone still has to be responsible for it. Checking on it. Monitoring it. Handling the unexpected.

In this case, a pipe burst during a stretch of severe cold 🥶

No panic.
No finger pointing.

We immediately got the water shut off 🚰, assessed the damage, coordinated the right people 🛠️, and worked through it with all parties involved. The result? The issue was resolved and the property still closed successfully ✅🏡

This is the part of real estate you don’t see on Instagram.

It’s not just marketing and open houses.

It’s crisis management.
It’s problem solving.
It’s protecting your asset when things don’t go according to plan.💪

Anyone can list a home.
The real value shows up when something goes wrong.

If you’re selling — especially a vacant property — make sure you have someone who knows how to navigate moments like this.
