I am an independent and highly personalized, hands-on real estate broker with 20+ years experience in real estate sales specializing in the Greater Boston/Metro West area. I work with a limited number of Sellers and/or Buyers at any one time to best serve their individual needs. My goal is to provide that "extra-personal touch" for all my clients. I personally handle all the details and do not have a "team member" to run interference. I offer the same services/amenities as a "big-box" real estate agency, but working as an independent broker allows more flexibility and creativity, and gives me the opportunity to work & think "outside the box" if needed. Combining real estate brokering with my appraisal experience affords an in-depth, more nuanced, understanding of market conditions which I bring to the table and greatly benefits my clients.
