Our resident animal lover and tenured VP, Maria Palmieri, is adopting one of these cuties as a new friend for her dog Ava. She brought all three in today just to share the joy. The other two are still looking for their forever homes, and if today was any indication, they won't be waiting long. 😍

This Labor Day, we're celebrating everyone whose work carries others forward — nurses, teachers, first responders, maintenance crews, and so many more who make success possible for everyone around them. Two accreditations. Very few firms hold both, and Barkan is one of them.

The AMO® designation from IREM is held by roughly 500–560 firms worldwide, about the top 1% of property management companies on the planet. It demands a Certified Property Manager at the helm, uncompromising financial controls, and continuous audits to keep it.

The AAMC® designation from CAI is held by an elite minority of community association management companies nationwide. It demands a PCAM® at the helm, at least half our managers holding professional credentials, and a rigorous renewal every three years to prove we still measure up.

We just renewed it. Again.

This isn't a plaque on a wall. It's proof that our team holds itself to a standard most of the industry never reaches for.
