The deadline to file for the Boston Residential Tax Exemption is April 1. I just looked up my past clients and found that too many of them did not have the tax exemption. If you have lived in your property for a year you are entitled to this exemption. Please contact me if you need help with filing. The city will not contact you if you do not have it!!

I am also happy to help if you are elderly and think you may qualify for this exemption as well.
