The Parkway on Westlake was developed in 2018 and includes floorplans ranging from studio to 3-bedroom apartments and townhomes. Amenities include a golfing simulator, expansive fitness center with spin/yoga studio, Infiniti edge style pool with beach entry, outdoor lounge, and a library.
