And sometimes, selling a home is about more than the details. It can also mean saying goodbye to a place filled with years of memories.

🏡 The highest offer isn't always the strongest offer!

But there's more to consider than the number on the offer.

Financing, contingencies, deposits, and settlement dates can all affect whether a transaction makes it to the settlement table.
