Sweet Rocky is looking for a new home. His owner is undergoing surgery to remove a cancerous tumor and is unable to care for him because of her declining health. His owner is heartbroken as Rocky is a very loved member of her family. Rocky is in need of a home as soon as possible. Rocky will be 3 years old in March. Rocky is an AKC registered Beagle. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and micro chipped. Rocky is great with kids, and all other animals. He has even lived with birds! He is described as a total mush. He will cuddle and give kisses all day. Rocky was a laboratory dog in his past life, because of this he does need some work around potty training outside. However he knows to use a p*e p*e pad in the meantime.

🦴 This adorable boy is Sea Biscuit. He is in an overcrowded shelter in WV and would love to find his forever home in CT! He is an 18-month-old male pit mix and weighs just 36 lbs! He is friendly, sweet, and good with other dogs. We don't know how he is with children or cats yet.

His mama is more petite and has some corgi features, but Johnny has the body and looks of a lab so we suspect daddy is a black lab. He is ready to go home now! Ummm hello. Is anyone out there? Did you guys forget about me? My name is Croc and my sisters have all been adopted but I am still waiting. I'm fun, cuddly, dog friendly, and learning all about living in a home with my foster mom. She's teaching me to potty outside and how good doggies act in a house. But it's not the same as a family of my own. I am medically up to date, spayed, about 12 weeks old, and ready to love you. This gorgeous girl is Stormy. 🖤 She is 18-months-old and a shepherd mix. Stormy has a shiny black coat and deep dark eyes. She is a beautiful, smart, curious and adventurous soul. Stormy believes she is a lap dog, all 60 lbs of her! She loves snuggles and tummy rubs. Stormy loves her morning walks and the outdoors in general.

That being said, she does like the finer things in life, including afternoon snoozes on the couch. She makes short work of chew toys, so more challenging toys are advised. Stormy matches pace on walk jogs. She gets along well with the foster's dog and she hasn't shown any food guarding.

An active home with teens and an owner well versed on smart, independent-minded dogs would be best. Every so often, she shows off her goofball side. There are many layers to this terrific pup. Let's get Amos HO-HO-HOME for the holidays! 🎄 This 2-year-old, 39 lb. boxer/puggle mix is ready for all the love! 💚 He is an active, happy, loyal dog who likes to play with his toys, enjoys a game of fetch, and is a goofy boy. He is also great on hikes! Amos is fine sleeping and hanging out in a crate when needed and is housetrained. He is even learning some basic commands and is super smart.

Amos would do best in a home with no other pets. We recommend kids 13 and up and an experienced dog owner would be a plus. He is reactive towards other dogs while on a leash so a fenced in yard would make Amos very happy! Todd was a lonely stray before he wound up at a high-kill shelter and eventually was lucky enough to head to CT. Now he has a second chance at life but needs YOU to make it happen! He is as sweet and inquisitive as can be and he would love to be someone's loyal sidekick! Todd is an 11wk old beagle/hound mix of some sort, is medically up to date, neutered, and we are guessing he will weigh around 40lbs or so when fully grown.
