Hello There Fantasy Football Neighbors,

We are are set for our HTN Fantasy Football draft this Sunday Night! Thank you for those that attended our Pre-Draft meeting last night. We are now ready for some football!

Some items to note:

1. ENTRANCE FEE $100 - If you have not paid your entry fee yet, you can do so via Venmo using or via Cash/Check made payable to Hello There Neighbor and dropped off in an envelope to 212 Harding Rd.

2. DRAFT WILL BE ONLINE USING THE YAHOO FANTASY SPORTS SITE OR APP - For those attending in person, you will need to either download the Yahoo Fantasy Sport App to your phone or bring your laptop/Ipad to The General on Sunday Night to log into the site. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before your scheduled draft start time to get situated and be ready once the draft starts.


3. THE DRAFT WILL BE "TIMED" - Once the draft starts, you will have 1.5 minutes between picks to select your player. Having a list of players that you might want on your team and bringing that list to the draft may be helpful to you in getting your picks in on time when your are "on the clock".

4. PURSE SPLITS - Division Winners and Playoff winner/runner up purse splits will be determined and communicated Sunday night prior to the Draft.

Hello There Neighbor,

What a great weekend we just had! It was enjoyable, heartwarming and fun to see so many neighbors being out and about, meeting new neighbors and having some fun.

It started for me on Friday with a touching visit to Louis and Rita Miller on Hogeland Rd to bring them some flowers, chocolate covered pretzels and some homemade apple cake (thanks Deb Della Pia for making the cake) for "Adopt A Neighbor" Day. They were so surprised and appreciative! They knew all about HTN but due to being elderly and challenged in getting out of their house, have not been able to participate in our Events. Seeing and hearing the FB posts from the other neighbors that participated in "Adopt A Neighbor" brought a big smile to my face. Thank you to all the neighbors that participated!

Saturday's Garage Sale once again was impressive and well-coordinated. We had 33 neighbor houses officially sign up and a handful of other neighbor houses that participated.

The weather held out for us (Thank God!) and it was a beautiful, cool morning. The flow of traffic and cars throughout the neighborhood streets, stopping to see what was for sale, was fantastic. Sounds like most neighbors made some good cash and met a bunch of nice neighbors and folks from the community. The top prize for best sale goes to the Dunleavy's on Davisville Rd who not only sold over $1000 of stuff but a car as well! Now that's what you call " a little something for the effort"! Thank you to all the neighbors that participated!
