✨ Last Closing of the Year! ✨
What a year it has been! Today marks my final closing of 2025, and I couldn’t imagine a more special one to wrap it up.
I’ve been working with these wonderful clients for just over 8 months, searching high and low for the perfect property where both they — and her beloved horses — could truly call home. The moment we stepped onto this land, they looked at each other and knew… this was their home. 🏡❤️
With just under 10 acres, her horses will have plenty of room to roam, graze, and frolic for years to come. 🐴🌳 It is such a joy to see her dream become reality.
Sarah and Dennis — thank you for trusting me, believing in the process, and allowing me to be a part of your home-buying journey this year. Your excitement is contagious, and moments like these make everything worthwhile.
