Congrats to the Von Heyns and the LaBellas! So excited for Lauren and Ryan Von Heyn in selling their stunning home and on their new journey to Texas and Welcome the new owners Lia and Roger! This home is so special I don’t know where to begin. You would’ve needed to have stepped inside. They had me at hello, and we had the greatest open house barbeque meeting the neighbors along with many new faces and then the lovely buyers came along with their wonderful agent Xanthi! I cant explain the synergy but it it was electric! Can you believe both the buyers and the sellers were from the same complex down County, what were the chances of that happening? Less is more! could live here! Eco friendly, less to heat, clean, love the blonde wood and the VIEWS, incredible. I’m ready to give it a whirl! Who wants to go to “Woodnest” at the Mountaintop Treehouse in Norway? I can definitely get use to this!

Come join us for a great cause tomorrow evening November 20th from 5 to 9 PM at the Newtown youth Academy -bring your sneakers or your spectacles and come bring your competitive spirit for a night of Pickleball, raffles and revelry. All proceeds go towards the Damon Runyon cancer research foundation and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute supporting the amazing scientists who tirelessly search for cures for all types of cancer. Let’s continue to fight the fight for a cure together as we’ve raised over $5 million since we began our concerted efforts here at William Raveis thanks to the many generous patrons as yourselves.
